OMD Studio is an architecture and interior design practice in the Greater Toronto Area. We design buildings and interiors, plan the sites around them, and see the work through drawings, permits and construction.
Services
New buildings, additions and renovations, from the first sketch to construction drawings and the permit application.
Layouts, materials, lighting, millwork and furnishings that make a space feel finished and fit the way it will be used.
Site planning, zoning review and feasibility studies, so you know what can be built before you commit to it.

Process
We meet on site or at the studio, listen to what you need, and look at budget, timing and what the property allows.
Concept options, then a developed design: plans, materials and 3D views you can react to before anything is fixed.
Construction drawings and the permit application, coordinated with engineers and the municipality.
We stay involved while it is built: site visits, contractor questions, and checking the work against the drawings.
Public sector
Feasibility studies, renovations and accessibility upgrades, interior fit-outs and contract administration, with the credentials and documentation that public procurement asks for.
